How to stop your child from playing mobile games:


                   Researchers believe that children are more likely to be affected by mobile phone radiation than adults. As children have a small head and thin skull, it makes it easier for the radiation emitted by these gadgets to penetrate deeper into the brain. Also, children may be more affected by mobile phones as their brains are still developing. With new research shedding more light on the harmful effects of mobile phones on the children, several countries have issued warning against children using mobile phones. 
 Here are some ways in which we can keep our children from both smartphones and their harmful radiation.
➼Keep your child busy:

            Make your children spend their time playing with toys. Take your child out to the park or some nearby playground to allow his time in running and playing in the ground. 
➼Restrict the use:

            It is important to make your child understand that they can use the smartphone, but for the short time. Discourage its use during mealtime, study hours, bedtimes or when its time to go out and play.
➼Talk to your child:

            Talk to your child and make them aware of the harmful effects of smartphone usage of health. Show them some of the videos about the harmful effects of mobile phones.
➼Set passwords:

            It is not always possible for you to be around your child to prevent them from using a smartphone. In such a situation technology itself can come to your rescue. Set a strong password on your smartphone that children cannot open. 
➼Set a good example:

           Be a good role model for your children by limiting your uses of phones. Otherwise, use out of your child's eye.
➼Bond with your child:

           Most parents lead very busy lives, it is important to take our family out. Playing board games or engaging your child along with you in activities such as cooking, cleaning, gardening and etc.
➼Avoid use while travelling:

           Keep your smartphone away from your child while travelling in a moving vehicle like a car, bus or train. A mobile phone in moving vehicle keeps scanning for the signals and it emits more radiation.
➼Encourage outdoor activities: 

            Make your children participate in outdoor activities and games. Parents must encourage outdoor activities and games.
